Nantwich Town can achieve promotion for a third successive year, according to Dabbers head coach Steve Davis.
A 3-0 win over FC United of Manchester on Saturday lifted them to third position in the Unibond Premier League.
Davis told BBC Radio Stoke: "We've come a long way in a short time and it would be a magnificent achievement to go up.
"It would be excellent to be in the Blue Square North if we got the chance. We've just got to keep winning games and keep performing well."
The former Crewe and Burnley defender is the most successful manager in Nantwich's history.
He was in charge of the Dabbers when they lifted the FA Vase in 2006, and then led them to back-to-back promotions in 2007 and 2008.
