Rebels facing a tough test

FC United manager Karl Marginson is anticipating a tough battle for his side against high-flying Marine on Saturday.

Marine are currently third in the UniBond Premier League and, like FC, have not played since the first weekend of December.

Both teams will be fresh for the fight and Marginson said: “We are disappointed that Saturday’s game against North Ferriby was cancelled, but we must now focus on getting the lads ready for the visit of Marine.

“Marine are a quality side and have been up near the top of the table all season so they will pose a stern test.”
